You know how easy it is to define multiple homepages in IE7, making sure they all open up when you start the browser? Well Firefox has had this ability ever since they included Tabbed Browsing. Admittedly though, it's a bit hidden. Here's a nice, short Lifehacker post explaining how to do this.

I just came across PopURLs. It pulls together feeds from all the populare Web 2.0 sites out on the Internet and gives you a very good idea of what the Internet Community (if there is such a thing) is currently discussing.

Check out this brilliant Enigma emulator. It is a Flash application that emulates the Enigma encryption machine used by Germany during the Second World War.
You can change the rotors and plugs, input and output the plain and cipher text and even mail the results to a friend. Really cool!
