Monad is dead. Long live Windows Powershell

Microsoft has released the first Release Candidate of their new command shell / scripting interface / administrator's best friend previously known as Monad. The product shall now be known as Windows PowerShell and is due for release in Q4 / 2006 (according to Microsoft).
