Finally: Blogger hosts custom domains

Google has finally integrated "custom domains" into the blogger service. This means, that a site that is hosted with Google, does not necessarily need to have a "blogname.blogspot.com" address. This was previously only possible when hosting the blog on another (non-Google) server.
