Microsoft's online password checker
Looks like we're on one of my favourite topics again: Choosing good Passwords.

I tend to agree with the review of the tool written by Donald Smith at SANS: While the suggestions on what makes up a "good" password are good, you really shouldn't be putting your password into an online tool.
Jesper Johansson of Microsoft's Security Business Unit has written a series of three (in my oppinion) very good articles on passwords and passphrases which can be found at http://www.microsoft.com/technet/community/columns/secmgmt/sm1004.mspx which I stronly recommend.
